Highly graduated from the ESTUA Tourism and Hotel Management School in Anger, France - Isabelle Jamet carries an impressive hospitality professional background since 1995. She first started her career at the Château de Montvillargenne in the north of Paris where she held Banquet and Sales Administration Manager for three years. She then was offered the positions of Banquet and Sales Executive at the large Hyatt Regency Paris Charles De Gaulle where she worked for almost three years before joining the Sheraton Paris Airport in the same Capacity for a year and a half. Hyatt International could not resist to ask Isabelle to come back in the organisation and proposed to her to become the new Director of Sales at the Hyatt Regency Brussels Barsey, followed by the Associate Director of Sales back at their Paris Charles De Gaulle property until the end of 2006.
Early 2007, Isabelle Jamet joined Dolce International and opened Belgium largest and most technology advanced Hotel, Resorts and Conference Center, the Dolce La Hulpe Brussels, as Director of Sales, and was later awarded the best performing sales team and best target achiever amongst the portfolio of 26 Dolce hotels and conference centres in the world. Later in 2009, she was asked to join SQUARE to re-open the conference center of Brussels as Director of Sales and Marketing, but it only took a year for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide to ask her to take over the role of Director of Sales for the Brussels Complex of 5 leading properties, including two Sheraton, Four Point, Meridien and the very successful positioning and Grand Opening of Europe's first Aloft near the EU headquarter. After over 7 years with Starwood, Mrs Jamet was offered the newly created position of Area Director of Sales for the seven Pandox Hotels in Belgium. Based at THE HOTEL, the flagship property, she prepared a Complex type of structure during her one year mission, which was later successfully implemented for the benefit of the company.
With such a solid background, Isabelle moved into a mixed context of providing her expertise to the local hospitality market , working with several hotel groups in similar capacity, helping venues increasing their ADR, REVPAR and Occupancy. She also start providing students of the VATEL institute of Brussels, strategic courses to the newly created Sales Division.
Native of France, Isabelle Jamet is passionated about service excellence and people's well being. This being a perfect fit with VERTU Hotels and Resorts' DNA, she joins the organisation in early 2019 to become a member of the advisory board. Later the same year Mrs Jamet will accept the position of Director of Sales and Marketing with Rocco Forte’s Hotel Amigo – the sole luxury hotel in its class in Belgium.
